At Innovation Montessori we are proud to be able to offer every student a quality, freshly prepared lunch each and every day. For the 2025-26 School Year, we have partnered with The Floribbean Grill - an Ocoee local catering company to offer a variety of classic dishes as well as some Latin and Soul Fusion inspired favorites. From herb roasted chicken drumsticks, penne bolognese and Caribbean BBQ beef bites - our students love the variety of unique daily offerings. ​
Maria Montessori, the pioneer of the Montessori method, firmly believed that providing children with nutritious, high-quality food was essential to their healthy development and learning.
She advocated for the provision of wholesome, nutritious meals in educational settings, recognizing that a balanced diet not only supports a child's physical growth but also enhances cognitive abilities, concentration, and the ability to engage in meaningful learning experiences.
