Peace Legacy Garden Fundraiser

We are thrilled to announce that the Florida Wildflower Foundation has awarded Innovation Montessori Ocoee a $6,000 grant to support the creation of a 2,500 sq ft Florida Native Plant Garden between the Primary and Elementary buildings.​​

Promoting Peace and Sustainability

​

The PEACE Legacy Garden will be a tranquil, immersive natural space where children and adults can sit, observe, and enjoy a calming environment. Students will be able to walk through a restored Florida native habitat that offers beauty, biodiversity, and meaningful learning opportunities.

 

The design includes:

• Native plantings

• Gravel and walking paths

• Seating areas

• Boulders and natural features

• A winding walkway through restored habitat

Help Us Complete the Vision

​

While the grant covers the plant material, we need to raise $4,000 to fund the complete landscape design, including a fence with plaques recognizing donor families.

 

We are seeking 30 passionate families to contribute $175 each to help complete this beautiful, lasting space. 

​

A donation of $175 per family will fully fund the remaining cost and leave a lasting legacy.

 

Each donating family will receive:

​

• A personalized plaque installed on the garden fence

• Recognition as a founding supporter of the PEACE Legacy Garden

• A permanent connection to a beautiful outdoor learning​​​​​​​
