
Dress Code
The goal of the dress code is designed for learners to feel comfortable, safe and peaceful in their learning environments. The dress code should contribute to the overall inclusive and positive environment of the Innovation Montessori High School community.

Clothing is to be worn, as it is designed, to contribute to the safety and comfort of all earners.

Clothing is opaque and covers the body from chest to mid-thigh and has straps or sleeves. Undergarments must not be visible. Rips, holes, or tears in clothing must be below mid-thigh.

Shoes should be worn at all times and should be safe for the school environment.

Cleated shoes or shoes with wheels are permitted outside of the school building for the care of the school environment.

Specialized courses may require specialized attire, such as sports uniforms or safety gear, and must be approved by the principal before being worn during the school day.

Adornments, garments and/or jewelry, tattoos, or other insignias should display positivity, inclusion and are safe to the wearer and our high school communities.

Innovation Montessori High School dress code expectations follow the state and district dress and grooming guidelines as minimum standards.
